Christina Haack accused her estranged third husband, Josh Hall, of taking one of her vehicles from her Tennessee home. A source close to Josh tells PEOPLE he was “washing and gassing up” the vehicle for her parents.
On Wednesday’s new episode of HGTV’s The Flip Off, Christina, 41, opens up to her friend Cassie about why she needed to transport all of her belongings from her Tennessee property to her primary residence in Newport Beach, Calif. as soon as possible.
During the scene from the Feb. 26 episode, she explains how her parents helped her pack up all her belongings that were left at the Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. property and bring them back for her. However, when her parents arrived at the home, they noticed something was missing, she says.
“When my parents got to the house, this was gone,” Christina tells Cassie, pointing to the UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) in her garage. Referring to Josh, 44, she continues, “He took it. He thinks all of this is his even though I bought this before marriage.”
A source close to Josh tells PEOPLE he “was aware of her parents’ pending arrival, so he was out washing and gassing up [the UTV] for her parents and was already on his way back to deliver it when she asked where it was.”

“That’s when I was like, I need to get all this stuff out of here. Like, he’s just going to steal it all,” she alleges.
While Christina purchased the Leiper’s Fork home on her own before marrying Josh, he was legally allowed to live there for a time after he filed for divorce from Christina in July 2024. A source previously told PEOPLE, he’d been staying there intermittently in 2024.
Christina listed the $4.5 million property for sale in October, however it currently appears to be off the market, according to property records.

In addition, Christina claims that Josh also keeps making her offers that have her rethinking her whole marriage to him, she shares during the episode.
“It’s crazy. He wants to retire off me,” she says as she shakes her head in disappointment. “Honestly, if I would’ve really understood the repercussions of all of this, I would’ve gotten a prenup or I would’ve never married him.”
She continues to explain how she finds his settlement offers unfair, especially because he “didn’t have to work for a few years,” she says.
“He’ll make me these offers, which, he just made me another one. It’s so confusing for me why someone would want to do that to me — especially someone who didn’t have to work for a few years — that would take this much advantage of me. Literally the last offer he made, I thought was asinine. The next one is worse. More money,” she adds, rolling her eyes.

Chiming in, Cassie points out that they weren’t married for long, and while Josh was stepdad to Christina’s three children, they didn’t have any kids together.
“I just don’t understand when there’s no children involved that you share. It was a very short marriage,” Cassie says. ”It takes the toll on you and everything you’re going through.”
Christina is mom to daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, with her first husband and Flip Off costar, Tarek El Moussa, 43. She also shares 5-year-old son Hudson with her second husband, Ant Anstead, 45.
Agreeing with Cassie, Christina responds, “Yeah, it’s exhausting. I just can’t wait for it to be done. But I don’t think it’s going to happen any time soon.”
To blow off some steam after the heavy conversation, Christina takes Cassie for a ride around her neighborhood in the UTV.

Josh filed for divorce from Christina in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and also requested spousal support, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time.
In a previous episode of The Flip Off, Christina claimed that her ex had requested $3.5 million from her amid their divorce. Josh previously denied that he requested $65,000 per month in spousal support from the HGTV star in October 2024, taking to Instagram to address the “false statements.”
